What we Provide

Living room with glass walls, a fireplace, and modern furniture, overlooking a lush outdoor garden.

Monthly fees include a visit to the property weekly. Includes weekly checks of the interior/exterior of your home and rechecks of property and grounds in the event of windstorms, rain, power outages, earthquake, etc.

THINGS WE CHECK WEEKLY:

· Windows and Doors

· Odors: Anything unusual like gas or dampness?

· Water and Wind Damage

· Check appliances

· Pests: Evidence of any activity

· Flush toilets, run showers and sinks

· Furnace/HVAC: Are they running properly?

· Look for signs of "trespassing "

· Check pool is being maintained

· Check landscaping to ensure it is being well maintained

· Provide a monthly report of any activity & deficiencies.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

Additional services are billed on an hourly basis - in arrears. We bill travel time from PS unless we are already in the area.

Additional services can include - scheduling maintenance, repairs, opening/closing and greeting guests who may be using your property in your absence. Concierge services as requested.

Billed as Flat Fees: Opening your home for your visits- rinsing and putting cushions on outdoor furniture, opening blinds, turning on systems etc..

Billed as Flat Fees: Closing your home for the season - rinsing and removing outdoor furniture cushions and storing in the garage , closing blinds, cleaning out the refrigerator and any other items you require.
